  • All ANA self service check-in machines within airports can be used by passengers who have purchased a fare from AIRDO.
  • Some fares do not allow the boarding procedure to be completed at a self service check-in machine. Learn more.

  • *1 If a ticket using the Disability Discount Fare was purchased at an AIRDO airport counter or at a specified travel agency, the boarding procedure can be completed using a self service check-in machine. However, if special assistance is needed, the boarding procedure is to be done at the AIRDO airport counter. Also, the submission of the appropriate certificate (original copy) may be required again.
  • *2 For the DOMIN Fare, if the DOMIN Member number has exceeded its period of validity on the boarding date, or if the actual registration as a DOMIN Member has not been completed, a self service check-in machine cannot be used.
  • *3 These fares are limited to My AIRDO members who have registered to confirm their date of birth in advance.
  • *You can use self service check-in machines with award tickets.
