Reservations and Fares

Children

  • When making a reservation for adults and children at the same time, select the fare the adult wishes to use.
  • AIRDO will compare the fare you have selected with the Child Fare (or Specific Flight Children Discount Fare) and automatically apply whichever is less expensive. Click here for more details.

Infants

  • Each adult may carry one infant on his or her lap (for free).
  • Each adult may bring up to two infants. One infant will have to sit on the adult's lap, and the other will have to get a seat. (Purchase an airplane ticket with a fare applicable to children between the ages of 3 and 11, such as the child fare.)

Reservations for infants can be made on the AIRDO website by following the instructions below.

Seat Selection

  • If you are traveling with a child under the age of 8, you cannot specify a seat by the emergency exit for safety reasons.
  • Because the quantity of oxygen masks is limited, passengers with infants cannot sit in the same row as another passenger with an infant.

Examples in which sitting in the same row is not permitted:
    • If you are accompanied by multiple infants age 2 or younger
    • If you are sitting in the same row as another passenger who is accompanied by an infant
  • Passengers traveling with multiple infants must select seats in separate rows or in the same row separated by an aisle.
  • Infants must be held in the seat that is selected.
  • As there is the limitation for the number of oxygen masks, please hold an infant at the designated seat.
