How to check on applicable flights
If a flight expected to be delayed, canceled, or forced to temporarily land at another airport is included in your reservation details, a "Switch" button will appear on the Reservation Details screen. If this button appears, you can make reservation changes and get refunds without paying fees or differences (procedures may be unavailable on the website with some fares).
How bad weather is handled
In accordance with the customer's preference, refunds without fees and change to AIRDO flights are available.
How breakdowns in equipment are handled
In accordance with the customer's preference, refunds without fees and change to AIRDO flights are available. Also, if change to an AIRDO flight is not available, you can find out how to change to another company's flight.
