My PageFlight Changing to a Conditional Route Due to Bad Weather or Similar Conditions
If a flight changes to a conditional route, meaning that it is turned back to its place of departure or makes a temporary landing at another airport, we will accommodate passengers as described below.
※If a flight is put on hold due to a weather alert,
we will provide an alternate flight (reservation change) or a full refund in accordance with the customer's preference.
If a flight is turned back to its place of departure
Customer preference:
Proceed to destination.
We will change your flight (change your reservation) to an AIRDO flight.

If a flight makes a temporary landing at another airport
We will either cover the cost of transporting passengers to their place of departure or destination, or else we will provide a substitute means of transportation. Airport staff will provide more detailed information.
