Refunds Due to Flight Delays and Cancellations

A refund is made without cancellation or refund fees applied.

Please carry out the refund procedure within 30 days following the departure date of the reserved flight.

  • We will refund the entire amount without charging a fee (for the unused flight route only).
  • You need something to confirm that your flight was delayed or canceled (either the confirmation number, your credit card, or the e-Ticket receipt).
  • The place your refund is processed will differ according to where you purchased the airplane ticket.

*If you paid by cash, we will provide the refund via bank transfer. However, the customer is responsible for the transfer processing fee in the case of a refund provided due to bad weather or other factors beyond human control.

Fares which allow reservation changes

  • If a flight's reservation is canceled due to flight delays or cancellations occurring (or having already occurred), refunds are possible until the end of the airplane ticket's period of validity and for +30 days* afterward.

*Applicable to tickets whose validity period expires on or after June 20, 2018, tickets will expire within 10 days before June 19, 2018.
