Flight Delays and Cancellations Due to Bad Weather or Other Factors Beyond Human Control

We can accommodate you in the following ways, according to your preferences. There will be no fees or fare adjustment charges.
If you hope to change your itinerary, please make an arrangement on the reservation change reception period which is within 10 days from the departure date of reservation.
We will accept dates within 30 days from scheduled departure date and change to the same section (reserve change).
In case of refund, please proceed within 30 days starting from the day following the expiration date of the ticket validity period.

We will change your flight (change your reservation) to an AIRDO flight.
