Conditions of use This discount is available to passengers who meet the following conditions.
  • Individual with a physical disability (type 1) and one caregiver
  • Individual with a physical disability (type 2)
  • Individual with a War Injury Certificate or Rehabilitation Certificate with a "airfare discount, patient/caregiver" certification stamp and one caregiver
  • Individual with a War Injury Certificate or Rehabilitation Certificate with a "airfare discount, patient" certification stamp
You must show the relevant certificate (the original document) when you pay as well as during the boarding procedure.

Payment deadline Reservations up to 4 days prior to the boarding date:
You must pay within 4 days, which include the day the reservation is made.
Reservations from 3 days prior up to the boarding date itself:
Payment must be made by 20 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
Change The reserved flight can be changed.
However, the name and flight route on the airplane ticket cannot be changed.
Period of validity for flight tickets With a reservation: Valid up until the reserved flight
Without a reservation: Valid on the day issued* and the following 1 year period
*This is the date on which the credit card payment is made or the date on which the company confirms payment in cash.
※The effective period of the ticket issued by June 30, 2018 is 90 days from the issue date and the next day.
Refunds A refund must be requested during the airplane ticket's period of validity or within 30 days* starting the day after it expires. Click here for more on refund fees and cancellation fees.
*Applicable to tickets whose validity period expires on or after June 20, 2018, tickets will expire within 10 days before June 19, 2018.
Boarding procedures Boarding procedures must be carried out at the airport check-in counter.
  • This discount cannot be combined with other discounts.
  • Passengers who need assistance to board must indicate that when making the reservation.
