Conditions of use

Applied to a person who is 12 years of age or older and has been granted a Physical disability Certificate,War Injury Certificate or Rehabilitation Certificate and Mental disability Certificate* and one caregiver.
*You need a Mental disability certificate.
If the validity period of the Certificate expires on the day of your flight, you will not be able to board.
*The disability certificate issued only in Japan can be accepted.

Reservations Valid from the date specified by AIRDO
Reservation waitlist available.
Payment deadline You must pay within 4 days, which include the day of your reservation.
However, if you make your reservation 3 days prior to boarding or later, payment must be made by 20 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
Change The reserved flight can be changed.
However, the name and flight route on the airplane ticket cannot be changed.
Period of validity for flight tickets With a reservation: Valid up until the reserved flight
Without a reservation: Valid on the day issued* and the following 1 year period
*This is the date on which the credit card payment is made or the date on which the company confirms payment in cash.
Refunds A refund must be requested during the airplane ticket's period of validity or within 30 days starting the day after it expires. Click here for more on refund fees and cancellation fees.
Boarding procedures Boarding procedures must be carried out at the airport check-in counter.
If a ticket using the Disability Discount Fare was purchased at an AIRDO airport counter or at a specified travel agency, the boarding procedure can be completed using a self service check-in machine.
However, if special assistance is needed, the boarding procedure is to be done at the AIRDO airport counter. Also, the submission of the appropriate certificate (original copy) may be required again.
Remarks
  • This discount cannot be combined with other discounts.
  • Passengers who need assistance to board must indicate that when making the reservation.
