Boarding Sequence

We will introduce AIRDO boarding instructions.

Sequence

AIRDO flights will be boarding in following sequence. Please follow the guidance of gate staff and cooperate for smooth boarding．

Pre-Boarding

Passengers who need assistance, please wait at the boarding gate at least 30 minutes before the departure time.
※Pre-boarding may not be available due to flight status, etc.

By Boarding Group

In order to avoid congestion when boarding, we will guide you to the cabin by group number.
※Boarding by group may be omitted depending on the number of passengers.

Please board at least 10 minutes prior to departure.You will not be allowed to board after this time.

Boarding Groups

Depending on the aircraft model and your seat number, your boarding group will be automatically assigned as follows.

Group1　Window Row 21 and higher A・G Row 12 and higher A・F
Group2　Aisle・Middle B・C・D・E・F B・C・D・E
Group3　Window Row 20 and lower A・G Row 11 and lower A・F
Group4　Aisle・Middle B・C・D・E・F B・C・D・E

How to check your Boarding Group

Please check the boarding group listed on the boarding pass you obtained via online check-in.
