Baggage Tag Issuing Machines
AIRDO passengers can use the ANA self-service baggage drop machines at Haneda Airport, New Chitose Airport, and Fukuoka Airport,
and the ANA baggage tag issuing machines at Chubu Airport.
Passengers who may use them
Passengers who have completed online check-in and passengers who have completed the boarding procedure can use the machines.

Instructions for use
Self-service baggage drop machines
- Place your baggage inside the baggage drop machine. Items of baggage must be checked in one at a time. If you have multiple items, please check them in one by one.
- Touch your 2D barcode to the upper right corner of the machine.
- Attach the tag that is printed out to your baggage.
- The door will close automatically. After you receive your claim tag, you are finished.
Baggage tag issuing machines
- Place your baggage on the scale stand. Items of baggage must be checked in one at a time. If you have multiple items, please check them in one by one.
- Hold the barcode on your boarding pass face up under the scanner.
- Take the baggage tag that is printed out.
- Attach the baggage tag to your baggage.
- Remember to take the printed claim tag and keep it safe until arriving at your destination.
Incompatible baggage
The machines cannot handle dangerous goods, fragile items, and baggage with non-standard shapes.
