During the Golden Week Holiday(from 28th April to 6th May)the roads around the airport, parking lots, check-in counters, security check are very busy and there is a possibility that the delay of departure flights will be affected. We will show you the tips on how to smoothly process at the airport and the points you want to cooperate on the airplane on this page.

1.Before travel

In order to board a plane smoothly, it is important to prepare before going to the airport. Please confirm the following items carefully so as not to be troubled after arriving at the airport. Please head to the airport as soon as possible.

Please complete "reservation" "purchase" "seat designation" and download "2D Barcode" from the website. Then you will not need to check in at the airport.

What's "SKiP Service"?

On the day of boarding, you will touch the 2D Barcode at two places, the security check and the boarding gate. Be sure to take a screenshot when downloading the 2D Barcode from the AIRDO homepage to the smartphone. If you are using iPhone, you can save 2D Barcode in Wallet (Passbook).

■Counters with agents will be crowded
Check your baggage containing pets, strollers, big baggage, and fragile items in the ANA Baggage Counter with the agent. Counter will be very crowded, so please come one hour before departure time. Please note that baggage will not be checked in at the AIRDO counter (excluding Obihiro Airport).
■Does your luggage contain dangerous goods?
Please check beforehand whether dangerous goods that can not be stored in cargo holds are included, such as ICOS, lithium ion battery, lighter, spray can.

■Crowded just before departure
If security check is busy it takes time to pass from 30 minutes to 1 hour. The final deadline for passing the safety inspection is 15 minutes before departure time. If you do not go through the security check by this time, even if you are in line, you can not board the flight you booked.As for Haneda Airport, you should pass through the security inspection area at least 20 minutes before the departure time. ■Ticket exchanges between traveling companions are prohibited
Be sure to use your own ticket. Please do not exchange tickets absolutely as it is only possible for the holder to use the air ticket.

Storage of moisture content

Do not put anything containing moisture such as seafood (including frozen) into storage on the seat

Severe cleaning and replacement of the seat cover may occur due to dissolved moisture or dropped water droplets / smells, which may cause delay of the next flight. Also, PET bottles etc will also leak inside because of atmospheric pressure so please put it under your front seat.
