FAQ
「Reservations and Purchases」
Can I change the passenger boarding if I or a person in my party can no longer make the flight after the reservation has been made?
The passenger associated with a ticket cannot be changed, and tickets cannot be transferred to a third party.
A new reservation must be made to use the name of the actual passenger boarding after canceling the original reservation.
