Important Information Regarding Points

Depending on the number of points accumulated, you can exchange them for award ticket. The number of points required for exchange are set according to the boarding date and route.

  • Points are deducted at the same time you complete the reservation.
  • Points that are valid on the purchase date will be used.
  • You can find out how many points are required by doing a search through "Award ticket Point Details" on your My Page.
  • The periods and flights shown are subject to change without notice.
  • The number of points required for one person on a one way flight (one route) is shown. Be aware that it does not show the number required for a round trip flight.

Conditions for Using award ticket

  • Award ticket can be used the My AIRDO member himself/herself and by anyone specified by that My AIRDO member.
  • Award ticket are valid either the day the reservation is made and the following 1 year period, or for the period that the points used are valid, whichever is shorter.
  • Once the reservation has been completed, you cannot change the passenger's name, place of departure, or destination.
  • The periods and flights shown are subject to change without notice.

Notes:
  • Please be aware in advance that the number of seats you can reserve is limited. (Whether or not they are limited sometimes depends on the flight.)
  • You cannot apply for a waitlisted reservation.
  • You can only reserve a one way trip for a single passenger at a time.
  • The Reservation and Information Center, My AIRDO desk, and AIRDO airport counter cannot change your reservation.

You can complete boarding procedures and obtain a boarding pass from 24 hours prior to your flight departure.
