Conditions of use This fare is available to My AIRDO members who have completed their registration as DOMIN members and whose registration is valid as of the reservation date.
Reservations
  • You can make a reservation from the date and time specified by us up until the day of the event.

  • You must enter your DOMIN member number (or declare your DOMIN member number and expiry date) when making the reservation.
  • For the DOMIN member numbers of fellow passengers (within two degrees of kinship), enter or provide the same DOMIN member number.
  • Reservation waitlist available.
Payment deadline
  • For reservations made at least 72 hours prior to departure: within 48 hours after making the reservation
  • For reservations made at least 48 hours prior to departure: within 24 hours after making the reservation
  • For reservations made less than 48 hours before the departure time: within 2 hours after making the reservation or 20 minutes before departure, whichever comes first
  • If you use the AIRDO website to reserve a flight departing within 24 hours, you must complete the purchase process immediately after making the reservation.
Change Reservations can be changed prior to the departure of the reserved flight as long as the flight route is the same.(However, if the fare amount for the airplane ticket you purchased differs from the fare amount at the time of boarding, the difference will be charged or refunded.)
Period of validity for flight tickets Valid up until the reserved flight
Refunds A refund must be requested during the airplane ticket's period of validity or within 30 days starting the day after it expires.

Boarding procedures Online check-in is available from 24 hours prior to departure.
Remarks The number of seats available on each flight is limited.(DOMIN Fares might not be available at all for some periods and flights.)

  • Due to reinforced security, it may take a while after the boarding procedure before you board the aircraft. Customers who need to register should come to the counter early in order to complete the registration process. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
