How do I complete the boarding procedure on the day of the flight?
The boarding procedure is completed by bringing the DO Miles confirmation number (12 digits) and reservation number (4 digits) displayed on the Reservation Completion screen to the AIRDO check-in counter on the day of the flight.
- Self service check-in machines cannot be used.
- There is nothing to be issued ahead of time.
- Verification of official identification is required if you forget your confirmation number.
SKiP Service and ANA self service check-in machines are available for flights whose boarding dates are on or after March 29, 2020.

|On the day of boarding, provide your DO Miles confirmation number (12 digits) and reservation number (four digits), which were shown on the screen when you completed the reservation, at the AIRDO check-in counter in order to complete the boarding procedure.||Customers who have finished selecting a seat should obtain their 2D barcode from the AIRDO website or using the LINE app (AIRDO ONLINE Service) and proceed directly to the security inspection area without visiting the check-in counter.
Customers who are not using the SKiP Service should bring their confirmation number (nine digits) and reservation number (four digits) in order to receive a boarding information ticket from an ANA self service check-in machine or from the check-in counter.
