Make a new reservation as a one-way fare.
Do not proceed with the purchasing procedure.
STEP1
On the main page (www.airdo.jp/en/), click the "Check, Make, or Change Reservations" tab and then click the "Check Reservation Details" button.
STEP2
Check which flight is to be replaced by an alternate flight, and click the "Change" button beside it on the right.
STEP3
Select your preferred flight from among the flights displayed. (The '×' symbol means a flight is full.)
STEP4
Check to ensure that you haven't selected the wrong flight, and then click the "Confirmation Screen" button.
STEP5
Check the change details and then click the "Confirm Change" button.
STEP6
Check the price difference information and click the "Confirm Change" button.
STEP7
Your reservation has been completed. Make a copy of your flight number and reservation number.
Caution
Do not proceed with the purchasing procedure.
Note:
• If a purchase deadline is shown, please contact the Reservation and Information Center.
(If you do not contact the Reservation and Information Center, then the reservation will automatically be canceled once the purchase deadline has expired.)
