Using My AIRDO

My AIRDO uses JavaScript and cookies for some functionality. In order to use My AIRDO, you first need to have JavaScript and cookies enabled in your browser settings.

• Most browsers have JavaScript and cookies enabled by default in the settings.

Functionality for Remaining Logged In

If you check "Remain logged in" on the login screen, you will remain logged in and able to use some services on future visits without having to enter your login ID (email address, customer number, or DOMIN member number) and password. However, reservations and some member-specific functions require you to re-enter your password in order to verify your identity.

Notes:

• You can remain logged in for a maximum of 30 days.
• Your status as logged in can be canceled if you click "Log out" at the top-right corner of member-specific web pages.
• In order to safeguard your personal information, you should un-check "Remain logged in" if you are using a shared computer.
• If you click the "Log out" button, you will no longer be logged in even if you checked "Remain logged in".

Other Important Information

• When you attempt to log in, providing the incorrect password multiple times will result in login being disabled for a set period of time as a security measure. Wait about 15 minutes and then try logging in again by entering your login ID (email address or DOMIN member number) and password.
• Reservations and member-specific functions require you to re-enter your password if a set period of time (about 30 minutes) has elapsed since you logged in.
