Shareholder Incentives

Shareholder benefits are distributed to RegionalPlus Wings Corp. shareholders.
In conjunction with an update of our passenger service system planned for May 19, 2026, the Shareholder's Benefit Number Card will be sent out in two separate issuances this year, each with different periods of validity. Please note that the period of validity (valid boarding period) and our handling of reservation changes will differ from previous years.

Conditions Discounts for passengers with "Shareholder's Benefit Number Card"
One benefit number is valid for one sector of shareholder's benefit number 25% discount for one parson.
Two benefit number is valid for one sector of shareholder's benefit number 50% discount for one parson.
  • When selecting "Shareholder's benefit Discount" for passenger aged 3 to 11 years old, "Shareholder's benefit Discount(Child)" will be applied automatically if the relevant conditions are met.
  • Cannot be used in conjunction with other discount fares.

First FY2025 issuance：
2025/10/1～2026/5/18
Second FY2025 issuance：
2026/5/19/～2026/9/30
Reservation period Valid from the date specified by AIRDO to the actual day of departure.
Reservations Available at AIRDO website*, AIRDO Reservation and Information Center, AIRDO airport counter or travel agencies.
*Reservation which were made via the AIRDO website cannot be purchased at travel agencies.
The number of seats available at the Shareholder Complimentary Discount Fare is limited.
Purchasing period
  • For reservations made at least 72 hours prior to departure: within 48 hours after making the reservation
  • For reservations made at least 48 hours prior to departure: within 24 hours after making the reservation
  • For reservations made less than 48 hours before the departure time: within 2 hours after making the reservation or 20 minutes before departure, whichever comes first
  • If you use the AIRDO website to reserve a flight departing within 24 hours, you must complete the purchase process immediately after making the reservation.
Purchasing Available at AIRDO website, AIRDO Reservation and Information Center, AIRDO airport counter or travel agencies*.
*Reservation which were made via the AIRDO website cannot be purchased at travel agencies.
Registration of Benefit Number At the time or after you purchase, please register both "Shareholder's benefit number" and "password".
At the time of you purchase at AIRDO airport counter or travel agents inform "Shareholder's benefit number" and "password".
  • "Shareholder's Benefit Number Card" will not be collected.
  • Please keep "Shareholder's Benefit Number Card" until your travel ends.
Validity Period Reserved tickets : Valid only for the concerned flight.
Non reserved tickets : Valid either, within the validity period that is printed on "Shareholder's Benefit Number Card" or 1 year (up and including the same date as that of ticket issue one year later) from their date of issue (date of purchase).*For tickets purchased by credit card or cash, the date of purchase is the date on which payment is actually received.
Changes Reservation changes for the same sector within the validity period of Shareholder's Benefit Number are permitted before the departure date. However, the name of the passenger, the segment, and the airline to be used cannot be changed.
Note:
  • For cards issued in FY2025 only, reservations made with cards from the first issuance and second issuance cannot be changed from a date before May 19, 2026 to a date after May 19, 2026, or from a date after May 19, 2026 to a date before May 19, 2026. Refunds Refund procedures can be conducted via AIRDO website, AIRDO Reservation and Information Center, AIRDO
airport counter or travel agencies.
For refunds after the registration of Shareholder's benefit number becomes available again if it is still within the validity period of the number.

Remarks
  • If the fare amount for the airplane ticket you purchased differs from the fare amount at the time of boarding, the difference will be charged or refunded.
  • In order to use a Shareholder's Benefit Discount, you must register the Shareholder's Benefit Number before completing boarding procedures.
  • "Shareholder's Benefit Number Card" cannot be reissued.
  • "Shareholder's Benefit Number Card" is not for sale.
