Regarding the Handling of Certain Airplane Tickets Due to Changes in Fare Conditions

This information concerns how we treat the usage period of airplane tickets for flights that board on or before May 18, 2026 as a result of changes to the terms and conditions for the use of fares that allow reservation changes.
The fares affected are as follows: one way fares, child fares, round trip fares, the Round Trip Fare from HOKKAIDO, the DOMIN Fare, DO Business, award tickets, the Disability Discount Fare, the Job Hunting Support Discount Fare, and the Shareholder Complimentary Discount Fare

■ For fares that allow reservation changes, if a customer has an airplane ticket for a flight scheduled to depart on or before May 18, 2026 at the time of purchase, that reservation cannot be changed to a flight departing on or after May 19, 2026 on the basis of a request by the customer. Instead, the customer should obtain a refund and then purchase a new ticket.
(It is still possible to change the reservation to a flight that departs on or before May 18, 2026.)
