AIRDO Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, "AIRDO") announces that it has made the following decision regarding the start dates and times for the reservation and purchase of base fares and specific flight discount fares for flights during the period from Sunday, March 29, 2020 to Saturday, October 24, 2020.
A variety of fare plans are being made available to meet the needs of our customers' budgets and plans, and reservations and purchases can be made up to nine months in advance, even for flights during Golden Week, summer holidays, and fall holidays. We have also reviewed the conditions of use for some fares in order to improve convenience for our customers.
We hope you find AIRDO even more beneficial and convenient for vacations, business trips, and homecomings.
1．Overview of Fares Available for Purchase

- ・ The start time for reservations and purchases varies according to the fare being used.
- ・ The start date and time for reservations and purchases are subject to change.
- ・ The Reservation and Information Center opens at 6:30 that day. (Please be aware that reservations and purchases cannot be made for fares prior to their availability start time.)
- ・ AIRDO Special 75 is not available for flights during the period from Sunday, March 29, 2020 to Sunday, April 12, 2020.
- ・ The number of seats available for DO Value 1 and 3 and AIRDO Special 21, 28, 45, 55, and 75 is limited for each flight.
(Some fares might not be available at all for some flights.)
3．Changes to Some Fares
(1) About AIRDO Skymate (Youth Special) and Senior 65 Special
During the period from March 29 to 31, 2020, the AIRDO Skymate (Youth Special) and Senior 65 Special discounts will be available as normal, but starting April 1, 2020, they will be replaced by the DO Youth 25 and DO Senior 65 discounts.
You can head to the airport after completing your reservation and purchase at home, and you can go directly to security inspection without stopping at the airport counter, which will make boarding go more smoothly than ever.
My AIRDO non-members and those who have not confirmed their date of birth will have to carry out the purchase procedure at the airport counter as usual.
(2) About DO Senior 60 and MICE Discount Fare
We will stop offering DO Senior 60 and the MICE Discount Fare for flights from March 29, 2020.

- *1 Applies to flights for the period from March 29 to 31, 2020. If there are few empty seats on the flight's boarding date, then boarding procedures can begin after a final determination has been made that there will be empty seats.
- *2 Applies to flights for the period beginning April 1, 2020. My AIRDO members who have registered to confirm their date of birth can make reservations on the flight's boarding date (starting at 0:00 on the boarding date using the AIRDO website). Registration to confirm one's date of birth can be done at the airport counter on or after April 1, 2020.
- *3 Depends on reservation deadlines for specific flight discount fares (DO Value 1 and 3 and AIRDO Special 21, 28, 45, 55, and 75).
- *4 Changes must be carried out at least 1 day prior to the departure date of the flight already reserved or at least 1 day prior to departure date of the new flight you wish to reserve, whichever is earlier.
- *5 This will be the 1-year period starting the day after the reservation application is submitted or the expiration date of the points used for the ticket, whichever is sooner.
