I've forgotten the Authentication Code. Can I still complete the boarding procedures?
Authentication Code refers to your confirmation number or the credit card number that was used for payment.
If you have forgotten both of these, please go to the counter of the airport you will be departing from and provide the reservation information of the passenger(s) to confirm official documentation. Once your identity has been confirmed, boarding procedures may be carried out.
