I made a reservation from the normal website without logging in to My Page. Can I check the reservation from My Page?

When the login ID was entered at the time of the reservation:
Reservations can be checked from My Page. Also, points are automatically added.

Note:

• Due to things like system-related reasons, points may not be automatically added, and must be claimed by clicking "Claim Points".

When the login ID was not entered at the time of the reservation:
Reservations cannot be checked from My Page. Please check your reservation from "Check, Make, or Change Reservations" on the main page of AIRDO's website.
--How to check reservations--
After clicking "Reservation Confirmation, Payment, and Seat Selection", check your reservation by entering the boarding date, flight number, reservation number, and name.
You must claim points afterward as they will not be automatically added.
