How can I confirm reservations?

After logging in to My Page, information for completed reservations can be confirmed by clicking "Confirmation Reservation, Payments, and Seat Selection". However, information on reservations made somewhere other than from My Page is not displayed on it. Furthermore, if reservation changes have been made using means other than My Page, the most recent information will not be shown on it. You must claim points afterward as they will not be automatically added in either case.
