「Joining My AIRDO」

How do I join?

My AIRDO can be joined from the AIRDO website.
This service can only be joined over the internet. It is unavailable through the Reservation and Information Center, My AIRDO Desk, AIRDO airport counters, and travel companies.

Note:
  • If joined through a mobile phone, My AIRDO cannot be used with an SSL-enabled model. Also, if you are using an email filter, change the settings to allow emails from "airdo.co.jp".
