Attention: Regarding Ticket Purchases Made on Flight Comparison Websites

　There have been confirmed cases in which customers who had reserved and purchased AIRDO tickets through airfare comparison websites experienced the following issues.

• Requests to change reservations or to cancel reservations and receive refunds were not honored, even when the vendor who made the reservation/sale was contacted.
• Customers were told that AIRDO was to blame for the lack of a refund, and they were advised to contact AIRDO themselves.

　These sites sell tickets independently, and therefore AIRDO is unable to accept any requests for refunds, etc. for tickets purchased on such sites.
　If you need to make any changes to your ticket, refund requests, or inquiries please visit the site where you purchased your ticket.
