Special Measures Regarding Airplane Tickets

In accordance with the declaration of a state of emergency and the application of priority measures to prevent the spread of disease, we are taking the following special measures.

Note:

• Special measures regarding airplane tickets ended with the boarding date of March 21 (Mon.).
  Please note that changes or refunds for boarding on or after March 22 (Tue.) are subject to the normal service charge.

Applicable airplane tickets (route, boarding date, and operation date/time)

Tickets that have been changed or refunded before the target date are not eligible.

Handling of Airplane Tickets:
Refunds for reserved flights are available at no charge.
The procedure for changes and refunds can be carried out on the website.
Additionally, customers who purchased their tickets at a travel agency or other vendor should contact the vendor.
Passengers who have a scheduled departure during the applicable period can change their tickets within 10 days from departure date of the reserved flight, and refunds can be made within 30 days from departure date of the reserved flight.

Note:

・ Customers who have booked a codeshare flight with an ANA flight number should visit the ANA website (https://www.ana.co.jp/) to carry out the procedure for a transfer or refund.
