Attention: Regarding Ticket Purchases Made on Flight Comparison Websites

Recently, there have been confirmed cases in which customers who had reserved or purchased AIRDO tickets through flight comparison websites experienced the following situation.
- Requests to change reservations or to cancel reservations and receive refunds were not honored, even when the vendor who made the reservation/sale was contacted.
- Customers were told that AIRDO was to blame for the lack of a refund, and they were advised to contact AIRDO themselves.
Such websites sell tickets independently, and therefore AIRDO is unable to accept any requests for refunds, etc. for tickets purchased on such sites.
If you need to make any changes to your ticket, refund requests, or inquiries, please visit the site where you purchased your ticket.
Furthermore, as part of our security measures to prevent fraudulent credit card transactions, during the boarding procedure, we may ask the customer to present the credit card used for the purchase, or we may ask for proof that can verify the identity of the customer as the cardholder.
Customers to whom this policy applies will be contacted by AIRDO in advance, but some cases, the customer may be required to present their credit card on the day of their flight without prior notice. (For example, AIRDO may do so if the customer purchases a ticket just before departure.)
In the unlikely event that a fraudulent credit card transaction is detected and we are unable to confirm that a customer's ticket is valid, we may cancel the reservation and prevent that customer from boarding.
Please be sure to exercise caution when purchasing tickets, and use the AIRDO website to purchase AIRDO tickets.
