Special Measures for Domestic Airplane Tickets Related the Spread of the Novel Coronavirus

In response to the Japanese government's basic policy on measures to prevent infections by the novel coronavirus, we are implementing special measures during the following period.
Applicable boarding dates:
Friday, February 28 -Tuesday,June 30,2020
Applicable airplane tickets:
All routes with ADO flight numbers (including award tickets and AIRDO Biz)
Airplane ticket handling:
We are allowing reserved flights to be changed and refunded without a processing fee.
Customers who have purchased tickets through a travel agency or similar should contact the ticket vendor.
The Reservation and Information Center is receiving an unusually high volume of telephone calls at this time. As a result, it is difficult to get through by telephone. Customers who planned to board flights during the applicable period can receive refunds within 30 days following the day after their planned boarding date. (Reservation changes can be made within 10 days.) We apologize for any inconvenience our customers may experience.
