My Page[Apology] Cancellation of Flights in February 2018
Due to flight crew rostering, the following services will be suspended in November: flights between Tokyo (Haneda) and Sapporo (New Chitose), accounting for the cancellation of a total of 26 flights (13 round-trips).
We deeply apologize for any inconvenience and trouble that this may cause you.

2. To Passengers with Reservations
Starting November 16, 2017, we have been making arrangements for transfers and refunds of tickets. However, we also accept requests online through the AIRDO website(https://www.airdo.jp/ap/rsv/reservation/search.html )or via our reservation and customer service centers.
