- This campaign is for passengers arriving at Narita Airport on AirJapan and continuing their journey to Hokkaido with AIRDO from Haneda Airport. Eligible customers will receive a plush toy of "Bear-Do," AIRDO's official mascot.

- A
- The plush toy can be picked up at the AIRDO domestic counter at Haneda Airport on the day of your AIRDO flight to Hokkaido.

- No, posting on social media is not required. While we would be delighted if you choose to share your experience, you will receive the gift regardless of whether or not you make a post.

- The following AirJapan flights are eligible:
- Flight NQ002 (Bangkok to Narita)
- Flight NQ004 (Singapore to Narita)

- Is it still eligible even if I fly AIRDO on or after the next day?

- Yes, passengers are eligible even if they travel to Hokkaido on an AIRDO flight during your stay after arriving on an AirJapan flight. However, the AIRDO flight must be within the campaign period.

- Each eligible passenger who travels on both an applicable AirJapan flight and an AIRDO flight will receive one plush toy. This also applies to children who have purchased a seat.

- Where is the AIRDO counter located at Haneda Airport?
- A
- Assistance is provided at the AIRDO counter located in the Domestic Departures Lobby of Haneda Airport Terminal 2, which is shared by ANA and AIRDO.

- Are there any documents or proofs required?
- A
- Yes, please present proof of travel on an eligible AirJapan flight (such as an e-ticket receipt or boarding pass) along with your boarding information for the AIRDO flight on the day of travel.

- Can I get it on after the return flight from Hokkaido?
- A
- No, this campaign is only applicable when boarding an AIRDO flight from Haneda Airport to Hokkaido. Return flights (from Hokkaido to Haneda) are not eligible.

- If I forget my AirJapan boarding pass, can I get it?
- A
- In principle, you will need to present proof of boarding your AirJapan flight (such as a boarding pass or e-ticket receipt).
If you forget to bring it, we may still be able to give you the gift if we can confirm your boarding status through personal identification or reservation details.
Please consult the AIRDO counter staff on the day of your flight for assistance.
