When we launched AIRDO ONLINE Service, it was necessary to enter your confirmation number and the number of the credit card that had been used for payment in order to display the 2D Barcode needed for the SKiP Service, and this caused inconvenience for customers.
We apologize for any inconvenience we have caused.
As of January 31, 2017, we've added the following services to AIRDO ONLINE Service.
(1) Account linking with My AIRDO, our web membership service.
Customers can link their LINE information and their member information for the My AIRDO web member service to the official AIRDO LINE account using "account linking," so you can get the 2D Barcode you need for SKiP Service*1 without needing the number of the credit card used for the purchase or your confirmation number.

- If you do not link your member information for My AIRDO, our web member service, you will still need to input the number of the credit card used for the purchase or your confirmation number.

(2) Reservation information messages via LINE
When you make a new reservation or change a reservation, you can receive information related to your reservation, such as boarding dates, your reservation number, your payment deadline, etc. via LINE from the official AIRDO LINE account.
