I want to be notified by E-mail before my points expire.

We apologize for any inconvenience we have caused. All customers who sign up for My AIRDO on or after July 15, 2016 will now receive emails notifying them about expiring points 90 days and 30 days before the points expire.
Example of E-mail
Dear Taro Hokkai:
Thank you for using AIRDO.
We are writing to notify you that some of your points will soon expire.
Point Information:
400 boarding points expiring on mm dd, 20yy
300 bonus points expiring on mm dd, 20yy
Total points: 700
These are your points as of mm dd, 20yy.
About Point Expiry Dates:
Boarding points expire 2 years from the day after your last boarding date.
Each time you board a flight with a fare that qualifies for points and then claim the points on your My Page, the expiry date will be updated.
